It's her birthday and she'll cry if she wants to...

Natalie turned 1-yr. old on June 28th. I know everybody says this, but I really mean it - I can't believe how fast the year went by! It seems like just yesterday that we brought her home from the hospital. God has truly blessed us with this little one...with BOTH of our little ones. Thank you, Lord!

Chad's mom and his aunt Tina drove over from Madison. We had a (very) small 'party'. It was a party in the sense that there was cake, ice cream and a couple of gifts, but unless you call Chad spending half of the day installing a toilet and then working on his mom's car and Mary and Tina getting pulled over for speeding and then not being able to start the car in the middle of nowhere a party, well... then, I feel veeerrrry sorry for you!
To top it all off, the girl was miserable for most of the day (and has been since she was sent home from daycare on Wednesday afternoon). Poor thing! She cried a lot that day - not typical of our NattyKat who's usually laughing all the time and full of smiles. She did, however, enjoy her cake that Mason made for her with help from Mom.
